Click the "Start" button on
the Windows system bar and select "Run...". |

Click
"Browse..." and locate the netYAK self-extracting
installation .exe file (help with this). |

Click
"Open" then "Ok." The netYAK Voice Client
will extract and install. Answer the questions during the
installation process. Once the installation is complete the
self-extractor window may remain open for 15 seconds while it cleans
up temporary files. |

The netYAK Voice Client is now installed.
(Please note that on some Windows 2000 and Windows XP installations the computer may have to be rebooted before the netYAK Voice Client software will work correctly.
If the software does not behave properly please reboot and try again before contacting technical support.)

At this point, it is a good idea to test your microphone and your
speakers. Please see
our Support page for tips on testing your microphone and speakers. |

Once you have verified that your microphone and speakers are working
properly, you can click here to listen your
first YAKbite! (Please
note that you may have to restart your browser in some cases)
